Saturday: R Marshall, S Mitchell, J Weddle, J Sicily, K Chandler, A Brayshaw (VC), T Stewart, S Coniglio, M Bontempelli, T English, B Humphrey (new recruit), Z Merrett (C)
Sunday: N Daicos, H Sheezel, J Ziebell, D Wilmot, L Neale (new recruit), J Dunkley, R Laird and J Dawson
Fantastic return by Lloyd after last week and sets a great foundation if my rookies and premiums can perform similar to last round. Have decided to keep Oliver, so will trade J Kelly and S Simpson with L Neale and B Humphrey currently favoured over the likes of J Steele, J Macrae and G Wardlaw but subject to change between now and the opening match tomorrow.

No vc used. Was a genuine toss up between my 3 players Gulden, Lloyd and Walsh for it, but decided to just leave it to Sicily tomorrow where he should get through a lot of work. Content with the scores from my trio. Gulden lower doesn’t bother me so much and Lloyd going large makes up a little for the last two games where he hasn’t been his usual self.
