This might partially be explained by WB having the worst head to head record of any team, versus Geelong, since the introduction of GWS in 2012.
The Bullies hold a terrible 2-0-13 record against Geelong in that time. No team has a positive history against Geelong in that period, though Freo stand at 8-0-8. Ess at 2-0-11, StK 2-1-10 and Bris 3-0-15 have next worst records after WB.

Collingwood select Harvey Harrison with pick No.52 in the 2021 National Draft.
Draft Report: The prolific teenager was one of the standout midfielders of the under-18 competition in the first half of the season, impressing with his run-and-carry and ability to burst from congestion. Although slightly inconsistent with his ball-use, Harrison kicks goals and works hard to create going forward and capped off his SANFL season with 34 disposals ? at 82 per cent efficiency ? 16 contested possessions, 14 score involvements, 10 clearances and 163 ranking points in the final minor round. The 18-year-old then clocked the quickest 20m sprint time (2.845 secs) of any potential draftee in the country at the combine.

Any Bomber fans or anyone else with an opinion on Nic Martin. Last 2 games, no possies in the forward arc. Racking up possies all over the ground, has he got a new role or just a bit of purple patch?
Picking up extra mid minutes with Parish, Setters and Shiel out. Hobbs also benefitting.
I think this has more to do with Heppell moving back into defense, allowing Martin more time on the wing, instead of splitting between wing and half fwd. Parish not being there to steal cheap touches probably helps too.

Yeah, he didn't have any CBAs. He's playing the wing very well.

Arnold (Syd), Hardie (Gee) Stanley (Fre) & Trezise (Rich) look to be the best $102,400 options from tonight as far as scoring potential goes. Excellent bye rounds for all aside from Trezise too.

Reckon Arnold is a real shot for Sydney with their defensive woes.

Hope he’s grown a bit since his childhood days:

Why did Hawthorn trade in a ruck?
Think he may be a Lynch replacement for 2024 onwards (for him to get ruled out for the whole season with concussion in the first half of the season is not a good sign for his future playing prospects). Can always do with a 4th ruck option I guess in case of emergency - there would have been a few other clubs who would have loved another ruck, so may as well pick him up first - expect GWS may have been interested seeing as they passed at pick 5. Expecting a development role from him though, rather than playing, similar to what Ramsden has done. Been playing at Box Hill, so they must have liked what he's been doing to list him.

Ryan might be a decent pick up. Not great depth in key forwards, as we saw when Lewis was out, and he seems to be in reasonable form based on his VFL numbers (14 marks, 2.6 goals per game). Mature aged (seems old actually at 25, compared to the rest of the list), so he might get a chance in the side early on.
