Why is it surprisingly? They seem to be two evenly matched teams in the 6 - 12 bracket, with two Tigers playing against their old teams. The compativeness going both ways.

Because they are two lower placed teams, both with less talent on the park than the higher up teams.

Don’t think anyone was really expecting an entertaining game... most would have been expecting a slog.

Somehow have managed to be able to field 18 this round thanks to Cincotta returning and Chandler once again finding a way to stay in my side thanks to other issues for another round. Macrae and Mullin currently ahead of Ridley and Briggs as inclusions but subject to change between now and tonight.
