With Marshall and English as rucks I didn't really view Briggs as a viable trade-in. Well done to all those who got him though.

Yeah I'm in the same spot so he would have scored for me exactly once (today). And today he was against Nankervis and his side is underperforming and he has constant JS pressure from below. Give me those conditions again and I make the same decision again. Just gotta tip your hat sometimes.

I brought him in for Davey via Madden as I wanted Darcy cover. Could have backfired spectacularly if he went badly this game and was dropped, but even if he is rested he’s given me a very valuable score this round.

really not sure why the AFL changed the rules to naming your 26 and allowing movement up until an hour before the game..

I traded Simpson to him for the quick cash generation. Don't need him next two rounds obviously, but I also have a boost to use in R15 and kept Madden so I can trade him to any line really. It was him or Wardlaw and his quick cash generation stood out.
