Other than Darcy, how were people getting Briggs?

With Marshall and English as rucks I didn't really view Briggs as a viable trade-in. Well done to all those who got him though.

I have Marshall and English, traded him in for cash over the byes (was Ryan to Briggs). Was hoping for a quick $150k+

Wilmott to Briggs, via Finlayson (traded in for Grundy 3 weeks ago) to the Fwd line, and S Mitchell to Def line.

Yeah I brought him in, he’s on the bench though….. and has easily outscored Gawn 😂

Still good cash gen for you though…will be useful to move on by round 15….

SC can be a game of swings and roundabouts.

Missed out on Humphery B Bear as couldn't afford him. Painful to watch him for the last few weeks and the cash gen.

Darcy goes down last week, get Briggs in this week, absolute game changer and can get some of this cash gen that missed out on the bear

Yep congrats to the Briggs trade-ins! Since I had the $$ and trade spare this week, I should've (obviously!) traded him in too. Gutted!

The logic stands that I can't get his score for the next two weeks, but will make a bunch of $$$ now and the 133 this week would've netted me at least 61 points over my 18th player (and probably something like 81, ouch!)

On the bright side I backed him anytime and 2+ goals, but it doesn't ease the pain

Yeah this was my problem He was only going to be playable for 1 week before going back to the bench and I didn't really need his cash gen as I already have the rookies in place to complete my team in the next 2 weeks.

Annoying to miss out on him though.
