This seems to be a different Essendon team to the one I've watched over the last 20 years.
I can actually sense some type of game plan and we seem to have targets in the forward line instead of the constant long bombs to no one in the forward fifty.
Very simple but effective. Starting to get half excited about my team.

Somehow have managed to be able to field 18 this round thanks to Cincotta returning and Chandler once again finding a way to stay in my side thanks to other issues for another round. Macrae and Mullin currently ahead of Ridley and Briggs as inclusions but subject to change between now and tonight.

Uh-oh! Briggs nearly outscored both of them.

C on Zerrett after VC Butters failed to score 120+.
Switched to Laird with 10 odd minutes left.
Switched to Bont with two minutes left.

Looks like Merrett is really going to make me pay for my inattention.

I was so fixated on getting Briggs in and having the E, so he would count, that I forgot to shift the C from Madden on to Merrett and only realised about 30 sec after the Giant's game started 😡.

Not really sure they'll send one of Shiels/Tucker to him, no real point removing Simpkin/Wardlaw/Greenwood from the CBA's. Hopefully Essendon run away with it for the scaling
