You are the only who is interested in that line of discussion.

Personally think that it is in good shape and 2024 will see a big jump on the ladder.
Most people think the list cuts set them up to be uncompetitive at times.
Eg Ben Cotton.

'Hawthorn’s bold off-season moves has set it up for a “torturous” period ahead and a “huge challenge” to coach Sam Mitchell, according to Fox Footy pundits.

The departures of Tom Mitchell, Jaeger O’Meara, Jack Gunston, Ben McEvoy, Liam Shiels and Kyle Hartigan total 1181 games of experience out the door to leave a big leadership void on the Hawks’ list as they commit to a full blown rebuild.

It means six of Hawthorn’s 10 most experienced players from 2022 won’t be on their list next year .'

So I think my view is resonable.
If you're a Hawks supporter I can understand you defending Sam Mitchell's changes though.

Gunston wanted to leave. Mitchell's still a decent player. The rest were cooked and not needed.

You're all over the shop.

You don't want me to discuss Hawthorn's list and now you do.

Clearly, I'm a North Melbourne supporter, as per my bio. Other than having a beer with Sam here in Port i have no affliation with Hawthorn or any vested interest in the club or their players.
