I would hate to see a classic Greek tragedy emerge from this.
I think that is the most likely outcome.

He has been around but seems like a bit of a journeyman. Would probably be fine somewhere like Palace, Leicester or Everton.

Spurs need someone like Poch or Ten Hag. Arne Slot from Feyenoord would have been a much better appointment imo.

I do find it amusing how the pattern repeats.
"Who is this guy?"
"Hey his team is fun to watch"
"Hey his team is actually good"
"Hey look at that, trophies"
"Who is this guy?"
"Hey his team is all over the place"
"Hey his team is struggling and nowhere near top 4"
"Hey look at that, Levy has fired another one"

With City failing to keep too many CS, we'll all have Ederson in goals next season, if Pep doesn't dump him.

Should be lots of LIV & CHE cheapos. Well underperforming last season, with no UCL, they'll focus on EPL.

Sorry @Old Big 'Ead, but hopefully your boys get belted early, so we can pick up some nice bargains come GW5+.
Your lads did well but could suffer 2nd season syndrome and just capitulate completely. But we'll see.

Gonna be an easy season to pick a starting 15 IMO, but until then, absolutely loving playing AFL DT & SC.
Similar principle to EPL DT, but many more premium options, so lots more luck involved.
The fact that rookies also tend to have a greater chance of a run makes it far easier to grab value players.

May get belted in those away games, but we do have some good home games Shef Utd and Burnley in that period too, then Luton not long after that. Only players I would consider from NF are Awoniyi, MGW, Johnson, if he doesn't go, or Danilio. All others, I would stay clear of, unless you want Henderson as a cheap back up GK.

Looking forward to playing this, this year. Can't wait for August

Will be very interesting to see which way most go. I have enjoyed starting combos of goalkeepers from the promoted sides over the past few seasons due to it being the lowest scoring position and thus trying to spend the least amount possible. In turn, this likely results in more trades being wasted in the position the further the season goes compared to picking a season long keeper.

I've tried both and I think minimising trades is the way to go. Ederson will be real cheap, probably sub 6 units.
Coupled with a 3rd string GK from a Europa team, at minimum cost, for the loop, and we should pay about 9m for both.
It's probably the same for two promoted GKs at around $4.5m each, and you don't have to worry about roulette.

I had Hendo last season but it was pure luck he went massive early as he got a PKS (or was it two?).
