Pretty grim options but it’s all I can really do given cash and trade situation.

Who would you rather for rest of the season
A. Laird + T. Thomas
B. Cripps/Mills + D. Cameron

Fyfe is F7/M9 cover, so can be used to loop.
I feel sick. I can’t in good conscience recommend Cripps (after re entering my never eva again list) or Thomas (flog rule). B.
It’s more than fair enough. Had nightmares and constant vomiting once I mapped out my options.
I would say A even though I would never in good conscience pick Thomas for his treatment of Women, but in regards to Footy, he has been in some very good form and Laird is Laird, a scoring machine.
Probably A. I know not everyone would pick Thomas though.
Ha ha i am looking at these options as well.

Laird is a gun who I have and better to have top line premo than risky choice.

Feels like my last three upgrades may be a 600k, 550k and 470k player. Have gone off 2 x 600k as there are no 400k players I would want.

TT a no for a different reason, LDU coming back and maybe other could influence role. Look at Fyfe when forward.

Thus, Cripps vs Darcy Cameron. DC run home is hard so maybe a 90 player. Adds value for overall given DPP cover.

However if going to league, is it Cripps? Often has a poor patch in middle of season. Maybe not quite through it. If Cripps, then Sinclair becomes the fwd via Sheezel dpp.

Last midfield upgrade, Trac vs Serong vs Anderson?

I have trac rated the highest of the lot but likely to be paying overs for his production rest of season especially w/ Clarry back.

Serong would have been my pick if it wasn't for his ankle concern.

Anderson is the value pick here but don't have as much confidence in the scoring output compared to the others.

I still have Briggs / and Will Day as my R2 and D6 respectively, so the cash could come in handy there too...
Petracca, without knowing your remaining trade count/cash balance etc.

Might be a question for Cripps owners.

I'll say Cameron, because he's playing for a finals team.

Looking at midfielders under $590k.

Thinking Dawson is the standout but for some reason as he is DEF eligible I am struggling to go with that option.

Basically it is Dawson vs Serong vs Parish vs Parker vs Anderson vs Titch

I think I'd pick Titch. Less prone to a down game to some of the others listed.

I actually like the Yeo*, Keays* picks over everyone under Parish $567k (with the exclusion of Green if you don't already own). If you can make something work with those 4, I'd feel more confident in making some value gains. JGD back rnd 17 hurts Titch I think (without running the numbers). He is a nice price if doing a later sneaky value upgrade.

*disclaimer, bought both two weeks ago, but also bought Fyfe. So that more midfield minutes doesn't always pan out. Let alone the injury risks.

Thinking of trading out Smitchell or Ratkins for Dawson, in preparation for using two trades next week. Who's got more money to be made? Smitch has been in good form last few games and probably has better js, while Ratkins seems to have a higher scoring potential.

Atkins: Higher average, lower BE and lower price. Not significantly, but he should make a little bit more based on that.

I am Holding S Mitchell as 23rd player. DPP with a 102k DPP plus Darcy Cameron allows every player to be covered.

Atkins is 20 at HT and just gives me too much anxiety. is he wing or defence, the latter he could be 80-100, wing is a 40 role for him.

Looks like your culling both though asap, so Atkins is your bloke to go. I’m using one to cover Sicily and had chosen Mitchell based on the same rationale as GFB.

League focus, not overall:

I'm top in a tight league, will definitely make finals.

Hold Sicily for the three weeks so he is unique for finals and get Clarry next week,

Or

Sicily to Sinclair and a mid in the Noah Andersen/Tim Kelly price region.

Both leaves me with 6 trades. Leaning former but keen for any opinions, thanks!

For league and only needing top 4 i would hold Sicily and trade aggressively to upgrade team to compensate that.

Sinclair probably next best option, would consider Anderson or Kelly. Petracca 20pct owned is the one I think that stands out to aim for if you dont have him.

Option 1 if you're all about leagues. Sicily and Oliver will be huge PODs.
