If I could trust Yeo to play out the year, option 2. Depends on your level of risk based on that - conservative go for option 1, don't mind some risk - option 2. I'd probably punt on 2 myself, but it's not for everyone.

Darcy vs Merrett? Got Briggs on the bench ready to go for next week but that $50k drop for Darcy hits hard.
Hard to compare across lines. I'd expect Merrett to be the higher scorer of the two from here out, but you generally do expect mids to score more than rucks.
One of these two or Fletcher? Purely as mid cover, have Mitchell for the other two lines.
I was suggesting Sheldrick and Fletcher both be traded in to the combined team this week as I like both as options. Thinking Sheldrick is slightly the better of the two (although at a higher price), so I'd say Sheldrick.

Humphrey vs Ashcroft to keep? Will still look to trade the other for M8 possibly to Mills
At this stage, Humphrey for me, at least until Touk is back.
Maybe, but I think I'll let Humphrey go, Flanders back in the side gives me reason for some concern. That combined with Ashcroft having a known role and CBA minutes for the remainder of the year and we know at some stage Touk comes back and will impact HBB. I need to flip and hold one so I'll move Humphrey and keep Ashcroft.
