My teams carnage as bad as my tipping this round….
Amazing scores from Laird and Dawson compromised by Zerrett, Sinclair and Marshall scores today….
Lucky if I get my projected 2276 from here, having to field Chesser leaves a poor taste in my mouth….
Good news is still likely to win all of my league games

Captain choice is about the only thing that has gone right for me this round. Donuts and sub premium scores have been the order of the day. Even Essendon have made it a weekend to forget.

No point dwelling, fortunately I get another crack next week.

Considered throwing the Hail Mary on Laird but figured it wasn't worth it given I'm already going to be obliterated this week...

Seven - seven! - premiums under 90 already, as if the injury carnage and messing up VC wasn't bad enough.

To come: Day, Sheezel, Taranto, Bolton, Maric, and my first two donuts of the season. Can't imagine they'll be my last, either...

Semi reasonable but pretty disappointed. Butters 1 disposal second half, and Parish part of an absolute smashing so reduced points as a big pod. Sicily, Taranto, and Sheezel to come. Projected just over 2500, but super reliant on Sicily having a great game, and Sheezel not being played as a forward (looking at you Ratten). Quietly hoping the West Coast rookies don't do too much tomorrow and reduce my advantage of being able to field a full premium team. Sorry everyone :p

Day, Taranto and Sheezel to come.
Oh! and Chesser can have a run.
Have the E on Fahey (26) with SMitch on field. So one of those will be 22 player.
2200 or above and I’ll be happy.
8 tonned up but 6 under 80 not including Fahey’s sub highlight, at least I dodged a donut with him getting on!

What a shocker of a round. Set to lose every league match. Just about everything gone wrong. All of Rowell, Walsh, Sinclair, Marshall, Zerrett, Briggs & Cogs all failing to reach triple figures. (Add Neale & Mills from the previous two nights) Ruck Duo of Marshall/Briggs so bad. Could have been either one out for Gawn and chose wrong. The only shining light besides Crows duo was new recruit Tom Atkins being a tackling machine.

With Sheezel, Day, Taranto & Maric left to play. Will maybe just scrape 2200 which looks about 150-200 under par this week.

Haha that would be right, resting Butters when I’ve got him on the C. What a day it’s been.
Butters got nailed holding the ball by Cripps 1 minute into the last qtr, the tackle 100% hurt him and he got up extremely proppy. then he went straight to the bench and didn't return. So they wouldn't have been planning on resting him for the last otherwise they wouldn't have sent him out there for a minute and a half they would have just benched him the whole last qtr. That said if it was a close game maybe they would have sent him back out there, there was probably no point in sending him out there to push through injury when the game was over.

Some super high scores this round BUT also some really low scores too! Sinclair and Marshall absolutely shocking.
Have Taranto and Day left tomorrow. May hit 2400 if I'm lucky but realistically 2350 sounds more achievable...
You think it would be lucky if Taranto (114 average v West Coast) and Day (94 average v North) combined for 190 points? Given their opposition and averages they should easily get you to 2400
