First seven fixtures only are out, and NEW have the best loop. But long term, Europa games are later so Villa and Pool will likely give the best loop.

With LUT & BUR having a bye in GW2, they offer a loop too, and may be handy for any Pool loop GK holders.

There's a few Spurs options at 3.75 so you should be right. Bissouma looks the most nailed long term option imo, but Sarr probably lines up week 1 too.

How essential is a loop? Most teams I see around here have a loop, but wondering if I should prioritise cash gen or not.

Was thinking of going Ederson and Flekken, with the idea of trading Ederson around GW8 before a run of Arsenal, Brighton and Man United.

You can make cash gen elsewhere. A failed captain could be worth a lot of points.
Whilst cash gen is important, points are more importanter.

Lose a favourite son, but gain three sons.

In his great year, Son benefited from around 10 Kane assists. I doubt he can reach those heights without Kane, unless Maddison becomes the new provider.
But with him playing on the wing and Maddison on the other, I'm with you. No reason to pick Son due to position and price. I got Maddison.

There is some suggestion that Chelsea will play 5 at the back (3 CBs including Colwill), with James tucking in at RB and Chilwell bombing forward. Chilly was Chelsea's most advanced player during pre-season. I have Colwill in DT and monitoring for now in FPL. Own Chilly in both
