Round 3, Day 3 in round running totals for the top 15 SCS members in my leagues thus far:
Notes:
- a lot left to play out this round ...
- but I'd rather focus on the positives and those doing well ... opposed to the negatives ...
- missed games and injuries are all part of the game ...
Some big movers this round as it currently sits ...
- with @Backbone, @Sir Bradford and @T43597 leading the charge ...
- closely followed by @wogitalia, @Kennedy and @KLo30 ...
Congrats to @Backbone for hitting the lead out of all my league participants thus far ...
- his (Nathan) on field team still looks very dangerous ... despite the Thomas injury still has some firepower to come yet ...

Geez this game is brutal. It was such a coin flip between which one of the 3 big guns to go in with this week. AD was in such ripping form with the low BE. Embiid had the high BE. And Jokic the apparent injury, which he's made a mockery of on the scoreboard.
Just pot luck to have landed on Joel. You know what you could get with AD. But really that didn't come into it. Simple formula of going with the lower owned alternative. Lineup is not perfect by any stretch, but I've maintained the boosts and I can already envisage playing around with one next week. Curry has to go. Thomas might have to depending on the ankle. I will play around with KD too, but he does go 3,4,3,4. Not sure I can run another week with Daniels at PG either, all in his favour this week and he still might be lucky to be touching 50. Probably risky, but will at least have a play around with going a week early on the Doncic cashout, given the output for the price for what seems a non-captain.

Holmgren has been great recently and Ausar also serviceable on field

If it's the person you are referring to from last year, they lasted until 12 December. Hopefully the repeated whinging doesn't last as long this year.
I am not as invested as many here, mainly reading this topic as a fan of the sport, but I am finding it very annoying here already (only week 3 of the season - it's been happening since day 1), and I doubt anyone wants to put up with that for another month, or longer.

Yeah that's who I'm referring to. He won't stop whinging, he feels every single game of a 6 month season that he's personally cursed & needs to let everyone know about it. We all have injuries with players & it evens itself out by end of season anyway but yeah bringing the vibe down in this thread isn't ok & I'm sure he'll be gone sooner rather than later
Happy i kept Jokic although going to Embiid would have been the best move probably. Doncic as captain hasnt set the world on fire but is going OK. Haliburton with a big score today was nice and apart from Thomas on field getting injured im pretty happy. I didnt get AD but i hope he is back for everyone with him, especially those who made him captain.
