Who do you think has better JS out of Dumont and Boston?
Nobody who wasn't playing last week and is a threat to Boston will be coming back any time soon.
Swallow, Wells, dal Santo to come back for north soonish.
I reckon Boston looks a lot safer.

Part B of the question (!) - who is more likely to be sub this week?
Both unlikely I think but Dumont just.

Dumont has a much better scoring capacity though.

Most likely I'll be picking Dumont up this week, and Boston the next. If R12 bye is OK i think boston is the safer pick JS wise, but that could change very quickly in his second match.

The 4 times Boston wasnt sub last year he scored; 26, 32, 86, 85.
Has been averaghing 103 DT in NEAFL.
Dumont averaging 120 Dt in VFL.

Hmmmm, would I be stupid in getting both of Simpson and Docherty (all I can afford) to avoid donuts?????
If you have enough trades to correct Docherty if he doesn't work out I'd say go for it - you have a very good rank which would be good to hold or improve.

Lever, Glenn, McKenzie, Rocky, Krak and Clark out for me this week. If Oxley plays I'm donut free at the start of play, but I plan on trading him anyway.
Identical!

This is officially up there with the crap had to deal with in 2012 season and now overtakes last season in terms of crap going wrong. The only good thing this season is lots of others copping crap too so not alone but if it ever gets as bad as my 2013 season I will be amazed. Thank your lucky stars all of you that only dealing with this type of crap going wrong for first time in all this time. Always going to have some seasons written off to crap going wrong you cannot control but I really would just love once to have the feeling of just one season of having some stuff go right. Man it has been a long long road. Surely next year it finally turns for me.
Tough year. First time in 6 years I've been out of the top 1000 other than the first couple of rounds to settle. Sitting a touch under 5000 and in total free-fall. Have 10 possibly 11 players not playing this week with only two trades to bring that down to 8 or 9 and they will be sideways. Heading into the byes in a shocking state. Only consolation I can see is that the normal blokes at the pointy end are having tough years as well. Looking into the reasons, its easy to blame bad luck but I think it's down to being too rigid and not adapting to change. Rucks and key defensive scorers examples of that. Plenty of lessons learned and with this year a write off, its a chance to enjoy bringing in some of my favourite players and get a head start on next year.

Can't remember the things I am supposed to ie: wedding anniversary and remember stuff like this...

Dumont looked accomplished last week, if he does that again...but who knows. I'm backing him as I reckon he may let his play do the talking.

Cheers mate, just looked again and I don't even think those trades will avoid me of a donut.

Best i have atm to avoid a donut is:

Rockliff ---> Swan (completes FWD line, when all are available)
Krak/Clark ----> Hamling

Leaving upward of $260K to play with in the kitty. Means I miss Simpson but don't cop a donut. Require Ox to play also

Yeah. First poor year for you for some time I'm guessing. There is always going to be poor choices mixed in with crap luck, Mine is Stevie J. Took a risk and backfiring. Last year Rioli was a risky pick and backfired too.
Previous three years when had no luck you find you got to try risking things to get back with any hope. The challenge with that is the chances are because they are risky they tend to have a good chance of going wrong and you go further back...lol..
Tried everything in four years of this of being inventive. You learn a lot in these times and hopefully helpful in years where a bit of fortune goes in favour. Hopefully you get through it and back to normal next year. I just looking for any year at this stage...lol..

Where did the Oxley won't play rumours come from?
Cannot make a decision on my grades tonight so may wait until tomorrow as they don't involve any Freo/Rich players.

yeah don't disagree, looking to go him over Amon this week.

Out of interest who do you see being sub for north?? Don't know the team well enough to guess with any sort of authority but Dumont still seems a chance despite his good match last week.

Appears to be without basis. Based on his subbed out last game I guess.

Inventive trade time once again. Not sure what can uncover but got to try to avoid Bonts and Bennell being more donuts up foward. Might be able to get by in mids if switch Adam Saad there but at this stage rather than get obvious upgrades will just look to find any possible way to get 22 on field. If that means Dumont, Saad, Vandenberg, CEY and Cripps in midfield on field so be it. I see others with 6 or 7 mid premiums. Scary....lol

Clicked on your team link. I see Fyfe, Pendles, Shiel, Neale and Jordan Lewis and Dane Swan in there too. Can you lend me Shiel and Swan please...lol
I'm so used to being alone with this carnage but this year do not feel so lonely with some of you guys that missed it other years. I am guessing your link is incorrect and you are one of the people that jumped early on bargain basement Rocky with broken ribs and he re-broke them.

OzRules Football is back with his hard luck stories :(

Knowing your luck you would have Spurr in your side who is a late out tonight?

Just so unlucky.
