I'd call NicNat an elite tap ruckman who can improve other areas of his game, whereas Gawn is a more rounded ruckman (not elite yet) who, once improves his endurance could be in the top 3 this year. Massive ceiling.
But as of right now NicNat based on his body of work and scoring.
I agree on Gaz and Rocky. Pendles played injured last year apparently and still scored well. Fyfe is a beast, it's just his price. Pendles has never let me down. Maybe Danger could be the sacrifice?!
Option 1 by a long way, and if McVeigh dosen't get up for rnd1(which sounds likely ) you could replace him with any number of top priced defenders and it would still be option 1 for me. Pendles being the over riding factor.

Agree with BigRuss. Gawn scored around 145 against McKernan and Blicavs/Walker. Both those teams should prove stronger ruck opposition this year, and outside of those games, his next best was 118. In terms of individual games, NicNat's ceiling looks to be at least as high as Gawn's, so I don't think you're sacrificng anything on that front if you pick NN. He's my R1, so long as he's fit.
