Colin Sylvia?? I reckon you could still see him if he was in someones team but you couldn't trade him in or anything if i recall correctly, i think there was a "#" before his name.

Yep spot on.. I'm pretty sure this is what happens. He will still stay in peoples teams but will be taken from the list of players that people can trade in so no one else can trade him in.

He should still be able to be used as a captain's loop but I'm not entirely sure regarding that as I've never had a player who's been sacked before in my team.

What owners need to know I guess is weather he gets locked out when the Bulldogs games start as per normal or does he get locked out as soon as the first lockout happens on a friday because he belongs to no team now... Have to wait and see I guess.

Am sure we'll get a free trade to replace him with another player.... and 300k compensation, it would be the right thing to do.

This is often the time of year for megascores! Full premo teams, (most) people still with some trades, carnage not set in. A big captain score could see some huge numbers this week I reckon.

So I only have 2 trades left. I have Lids with Tom Phillips as my cover. Unless Phillips A.) plays and B.) goes 60+ Lids is goneski. Too much risk that he will be out for longer than a week for me to take with little to no cover even with hardly any trades left.
