Recently finished The Ranch, Lost in space, Star Trek Discovery and Last Chance U. QB1: Beyond the lights will be next sports wise, however not sure what be will next drama wise.

Just watched the trailer for Versailles. Not something I’d normally go for (I like dumb action) but looks pretty good!

Yeah if you are not into the French and their revolutions etc Versailles (like the palace) can be a bit grandiose. But the Last Kingdom isn’t short on action or Viking brutalitiy and the actual battles were real. I don’t read much but it’s mmy favourite book series.

I think I’ll follow up on your killing eve recommendation.

If you're looking for a great show outside of the main stream one's (Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead etc) -

Get around "Luther" if you haven't seen it. It's on Netflix and it stars Idris Elba who I reckon is a shoo-in as the next James Bond.

Quality watch.

Seems right down my alley as I particularly enjoy sitcoms with around a dozen of my favourites on boxset and on regular rotation which include (The Simpsons, Cheers, Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Frasier, Arrested Development, That 70's Show, Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens and Married with Children) but I've yet to get around to watching the Office.

Which version would you recommend to watch first? UK VS US

I loved the UK version. When the US version came out I thought it wouldn’t work. I have to admit, I was wrong as they did it very well. They are both great if you get the time.

This is great to know as I’m into season 7 of the US version and haven’t started the UK so am looking forward to it now.

Definitely watch the UK first. It is elite.

After watching the UK one, you might find it hard to get through the first 3 or 4 US episodes, it took me a couple of goes to get through that barrier but once I did I never looked back as they just got funnier and funnier after they started to break away from copying the same sort of jokes as the UK version.

Sorry for the late response but I ended up watching the UK Office series on Netflix around Feb-March and really enjoyed it. Also over the past fortnight I've watched his other 2 series available on Netflix- After Life and Derek and would highly recommend both.

Not relevant to the thread topic but just noticed (over the past fortnight) that Spotify have podcasts and recently have been listening to Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast and Conan O'Brien Needs A Friend. Would highly recommend both with a preference to Gilbert's with one of the best episodes starring the recently deceased Bob Einstein.

Sounds like an interesting premise. Currently through the process of watching the 2 newest seasons of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (haven’t seen the older seasons) so once completed I’ll likely give your recommendation a go.

Have went through more of the available library of Gilbert’s podcasts and thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend the episodes featuring Michael Nesmith, Weird Al Yankovic, Mario Cantone, Tracey Jackson & Paul Williams and Jeff Ross & Dave Attell.
