1291 this week. Unusual for me to have a good week in both AFL and NRL. Probably means there's some carnage around the corner!

Smashed by 100 points by @KLo30

I’ve had a draw in a public league ... but I’m guessing scores will continue to alter until results tomorrow?

Currently 1151 with C Smith as captain.

The quintet of C Smith (C), N Cleary, B Ferguson, CNK and S Burgess combined for 226 in comparison to the bench quartet of P Haas, R Paperhuyzen, S Lane, M Morgan and B Xerri scoring an extra 124.

Traded Okunbor and Waddell to grab J Taumalolo and R Pap so very happy with this week's trades but I'm stumped for the upcoming round with the only likely move of CHT to J Field (5/8/FLB from the Dragons).

So pretty much, anyone who is named for state of origin is unavailable round 12, and then potentially out for the next round as well. This is because they go into a training camp during round 12 and then the short turnaround can cause a few to sit out of round 13 or play reduced minutes (if they’re a forward). Backs generally play the 80 unless they’ve got someone on the bench to cover them (which is rare).

Means pretty much anyone with cook will need a reserve hooker if they plan to field 17 that round. I’m opting to not worry about it at this point as I’m only 12k rank at the moment and unlikely to finish top 1k unless something dramatic happens.

Score: 1147
Rd Rank: 30,887
Overall Rank: 19,285 (from 18,022)
0-49: N Cleary, S Burgess, CNK, B Ferguson, C Smith (C)
50-79: E Marsters, J Tedesco, A Tolman, M Taupau, C Murray, J Arrow, J Trbojevic, C Gutherson and B Nikora
80+: J Taumalolo, A Fifita, K Ponga
Trades made: Out: J Okunbor, C Waddell, In: J Taumalolo, R Paperhuyzen
Trades planned: Out: CHT, ? In: J Field (via M Morgan), ?
Comments: Another poor captains score as well in conjunction with a quartet of poor premium scores but the majority of the team compensated for a solid and respectable score and happy with the inclusion of Taumalolo. Currently have CHT to Field locked in but unsure what to do with the remainder of the cash.

Considering W Egan to J Hodgson to increase my numbers for RD12 or I could wait another week and try to turn him into R Farah by trading M Sivo to D Walker.

R Paperhuyzen is a near certainty to be turned into RTS in the coming fortnight via Xerri downgrade if either trade plan is selected.

Greatly appreciate any advice on what to do with Egan.

Thanks for that , I think I have 11-12 players available for Round 12 , not sure how many of them will be in the Origin Squads though.

Think I won't try and get too fancy though and keep plodding along the way I am.

Have Cook & C Smith as my hookers

A couple of Q's for @KLo30 and @7/11 or other NRL SC coaches.
1. J Hodgson or R Farah to replace W Egan?
Hodgson provides another number for RD12 and is attainable via a CHT or Xerri downgrade to Field or Hiroti
or grab Farah via Sivo to Herbert/Hiroti

2. Who to play in the 17 between B Ferguson, M Morgan, S Lane, P Haas, A Tolman, C Murray and S Burgess?
Leaning towards the quartet of Fergo, Burgo, Tolman and Murray.

Greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions.
