Eels at home, so Fergo. Tolman for consistency. Haas in good form. Burgess and Lane have dropped form of late, so Murray.
Cook and Farah will be the most popular Hooker combo to finish the year. Hodgson if you are low on round 12 players.

Currently have 15 players for RD12 (Egan,Tolman, Taupau, Arrow, Trbojevic, Taumalolo, Burgess, Murray, Lane, Cleary, Morgan, Ferguson, Gutherson, CNK and Sivo). Egan's unlikely and would assume 3-5 of those would play Origin which would decrease the RD12 numbers down to approx 10. If I grab Hodgson then after his bye/later on he would be turned into Cook/Farah.
Also with Arrow's injury concern would you bench him to play Haas.

I’d probably grab Farah. He’s going to score way more over time than Hodgson and has looked very good recently.
Arrow looks like being out apparently, so that will potentially solve one of your reserve issues. You seem to really underrate Haas, he’s averaging 70+ and is a young front rower who plays big minutes. I’d be taking him over Tolman.

Trading 2 RD12 players out but will trade Xerri and CHT to Hiroti and D Walker next round which will leave the bye structure as is as 2 rd12's will come in.
Near team completion with RTS/Moylan/T Trbojeivc to come in for Paperhuyzen, will try to bring Bateman in for Herbert later on and maybe Cherry-Evans/S Johnson for D Walker.

Comments: Disappointed with Farah on debut as well as some sub par scores from several premiums but very happy with my captaincy selection. To increase numbers for RD12 I'll likely trade P Herbert and CHT to D Walker and C Cust increasing my available players to 10. After the bye I'll likely bring RTS in for Paperhuyzen and thanks to Xerri's performance I should be able to grab DCE and J Bateman later in the season replacing D Walker and C Cust.

Ranked 26k, and as an NRL SC newbie, I have no idea how I should be tackling this bye / origin period. Looks like I only have 10 on the park this week before trades. Do I trade or just take a hit this round? Feels like I have plenty of trades left, but maybe I’m kidding myself! Team below, any advice appreciated.

Would keep your core players regardless and look to trade some of the maxed rookies/etc and not bother about the byes with players brought in instead preferring players you want for the run home.
An option could be J Hodgson out due to his injury for either his replacement S Havili increasing your remaining salary to 400,000 or you could trade him to C Smith/R Farah.
Or you could trade L Garner to V Kikau increasing your numbers for RD12 possibly allowing J Hodgson to C McInnes with the remaining cash.
