Why does Neale keep ticking up even though he's done nothing this quarter?
What you've cited happens literally every game for players who have bossed it in the previous parts of the game. It's more noticeable in games where there are a lack of contributors during the match. Think of the scaling as a reward for their impact upon the game.

As I've typed this post, Neale's score started to correct itself due to some other players getting involved (Andrews especially). Swings and roundabouts!

I agree with what you are saying ........

but

that usually happens in games that are considered over, even at half time. This game is anything but over.

But he was doing nothing during a high scaling period. It shouldn't have been going up as much as it did. Good to see they corrected him though and took those 4 undeserved points off of him.
