Gawn, Hore and Baker to come. Would love 2,000!

Pretty good result with 20 playing this week and at least 18 for the following two weeks pending no crazy injuries.

Have a few people in one of my leagues tracking to 2150-2200+ though who had 22 playing and Cripps as their Captain.

Quietly sitting as the 4th ranked midfielder this year on total points and 9th on averages.

$ 524,700.00 at one stage as well , the great coaches jump on these types (and prices) at the opportune time.

Stoked with the recovery after a real slow start from my new recruit Andrew Gaff.
Traded him in with the knowledge of his poor record in recent times against the Swans, scored more than I was expecting.
Really like him as a POD in my MID.

Projection has me at ~2140, though I'm reliant on Hore actually playing and Grundy meeting his fairly high projection vs Gawn (a Godzilla vs King Kong like matchup that should be a stalemate)

Yeah definitely could. I actually don't expect him to drop off much and thought he would score well when JPK went down.
Just been wrapped up in focusing on getting Neale and others in and you let gems like this slip through.

It's why mid week trading research is so so important.

I did hear that earlier, they are very confident he'll play though.
Same as Grundy I assume, think all 3 of Hore, Oliver and Grundy play.

I think he is 14 , knows his stuff , think he was highly ranked in Big Bash last season as well.

Always see quite a few mids drop to that $ 525-550 k mark between Rd 6-9 just sometimes not quite easy to get them in with 2 rookies or whether their scores will improve and rise.

Often wonder whether it could be better to leave $$$ in the bank from the start and aim for 1-2 of these players at that stage.

...I started with Parker.

Wasn't happy with the way the whole Sydney team played in R1 and thought he would struggle if they played like that, so traded him out. That was his lowest score (86).

Pretty much sums up my year.
