9 left before trades. Logue at D6. Naish and Gardner on bench.
I guess you're fine for trades at this point assuming this finished your team.

I'm viewing Logue as a solid D7 looping option in combination an up-and-down D6, rather than a permanent fixture so you might have one more trade to do on the DEF line after this.

Thanks for your response. I'll have $200k to upgrade a baker/ bewley/ setterfield type to push logue to the bench in the coming weeks and bring in a defensive premium.

After ROB's performance against Geelong:

Price is now $508,000 - B/E -1

Grundy will cost you next week: $99,300 + Grundy's score this week x $440

If we assume Grundy scores 130 this week, that means ROB ---> Grundy costs $156,300.

Grundy's price with a 130 goes to $664,400 B/E 88

Putting ROB to Grundy off until the week after means ROB ---> Grundy would cost:

156,300 - (89 x 440) + (Grundy score - ROB score) x 440

=> $117,140 + (Grundy score - ROB score) x 440.

If Grundy goes 130 this week, and 130 next week, and ROB goes 90 next week, then ROB ---> Grundy costs $134,700 the week after. A saving of $21,600.

I'll be going ROB to Grundy in the next Round.

Sorry by next week do you mean after this round or after next round?

Another weeks trading done.

Duursma to Logue and Gibbons to Sloane ?

I would probably rank Duursma as my 2nd best rookie for the year only behind Walsh, so was a little sorry to see him go, but onwards and hopefully upward ?

Find myself looking at Hore to Mills. Have I lost my marbles?

3-Round average of 97, 5-round of 91 available for 430k with a breakeven of just 29.

Sure it’s all I can afford but he’s looked good the past few weeks.

Been up and down all season and in and out of my draft team more than once. Given there are like 12 teams in our draft with 5 defenders and this guy floats in and out of sides I'd suggest there are better alternatives. For most its about absolute points from here, can't see him being at the pointy end because the stinkers will come...

Not sure what to do this week. I have 7 trades left, bugger all bank with Duursma D6, Answerth D7, Clarke M8, Setterfield F6 (due to Cripps injury) and Goldy R2.

Duursma or Answerth > Logue - I think Logue will have to remain my D8 which isn't bad if he can keep scoring well

Made a decision, could regret it big time, but I'm stuck with it now.

Drew > D.Rich (via Gardner swing)

Means I've got Logue/Hore at D6-7

Considering BScott to Hind at M11 for cash generation.

Will have Hore, Duusma, Logue and 4 mid rookies (Hately, Clarke, hind, baker) + burgess @ F7. with D5/6 and M8 to be upgraded.

Logue will likely become bench cover. think the 4 rookies will take 3-4 trades to turn into a premium. Feels like greater than 8 trades ok.

Double downgrade this week mate, $974k to throw around in the next couple of weeks. Sloane looking good but I’m also considering Treloar for his price.
I am waiting for Hanners ?

Sloane , BBQ & M Crouch would be the 3 to look at
