English, someone and someone out.
Draper, Duncan and someone in.

Might pass on Stewart and wait for Zac Williams. Or grab Stewart and then sideways one of Doedee/Houston to Williams when they have their bye. Should, fingers crossed, have no rookies left on field by that stage.
This is what I’m planning to do as well. It’s not ideal cos you just know English will go big but can’t risk holding him with a 200 B/E when trying to get the bearded one in.

Allows me to get Neale in, finally.

$268,500 to play with.

Players on the bye or who were not selected this week
J Sicily, L Ryan, S Docherty, T Rivers, T Doedee, H Bennell, C Serong, B Williams, E Yeo, P Cripps and T Mitchell.

Of the above J Sicily, T Rivers, C Serong and B Williams are the most likely to be traded.

T Stewart is highly probable to replace either T Rivers/J Sicily/B Starcevich to ensure I can field 18.

As for the remaining trades D Cameron/S Draper might replace M Gawn/B Grundy to allow L Neale to replace C Serong/M Pickett/C Budarick/etc.

Eg:
Out; J Sicily, T Rivers and B Williams
In: T Stewart, J Lloyd and S Draper

or
Out: M Gawn, C Serong, T Rivers
In: D Cameron, L Neale, T Stewart
Like option 1 because of draper and llyod 》sicily whereas Gawn = Neale. Draper better cash gen than Cameron.

Interesting to see some aggressive premo trading happening here!
I think I want to keep upgrading to get rooks off field and Stewart and Draper are almost definitely coming into my team. The outs in really not sure yet but Simpson looks likely for me unless he pulls another big score out

Thanks. Draper can come in for Option 2 which will leave $250,000 for the next round and allow Sicily to be kept. Want to push B Smith down forward and 1 of Rozee/Smith/Rankine off field as soon as possible.

Early thinking:
Outs- McInerney, Budarick and McAsey
Ins- Draper, Skinner and Tom Stewart
Finishes my backline and clears out some maxed out rookies

I’m not sure whether it’s worth getting rid of the potentially useful Comben/D Cameron combo to get Draper. There’s no cash to be made from dumping Comben.

Problem is I don’t see any other attractive downgrade options yet (trading the likes of McInerney and Starcevich to anything other than 123k players is a waste).

Not too bad if he plays all those games.

Do you then downgrade and use his cash for a final upgrade in Round 16 ?

Can't see him scoring well enough to be a R2 , but with Best 18 for at least 2 rounds maybe it doesn't matter.

Or essentially just use him as a R3 to provide cover if necessary.

I don't get enough $$$ from trading KKP to him so hopefully Ladhams is dropped tomorrow night to make the decision easier for me.

I guess for some of us we are lucky to be doing well over all, im 160th and best season ever and about 400 points from leader (not saying this to sound big headed by any means) so I'm going all in.

Sicily to Stewart means simpkin also comes in so have 15 prems then 17 for the 2 byes and full contingent of rookies ie 22 on field. Also leaves me 190000ish bank so week after is starc to lloyd with rookie down and then only Pickett and rankine to upgrade to 2 mids with other rookies still moo'ing...

Edit: trades are almost a free commodity this year and there's more value for mine using them all every week until full premium then sit ...

Any guesses on Duncan and Stewart’s R11 prices?
See below thanks to @THCLT

45 - $142,000
55 - $146,400
65 - $150,800

FYI - Use the following formula to find approximate pricing for your player of interest...

New Price = Current Price + (SC - BE) * 440
where SC is the projected score for the round.

I definitely admire the creativity in switching Sicily out but surely most will be aiming for full premo by Round 13, perhaps 14 to turn a compromised pick into a solid premium.

Might need to do one in R11
OK then , I am not sure then on their BE for the following round , expect Duncan probably starts going up in price again while Stewart could possibly drop a little.

Footywire normally updates fairly quickly with new BE & price projections once lockout is lifted.
