D6 - Luko v May v Williams (Gws) v Haynes
Lukosius still has a bye to come which means you get a 0 unless you wait a week. Of the other 3, I probably prefer Haynes. Averaging 7 intercepts per game, 7th best in the league.
Anyone know why Lukosius has had a couple of good games. Is it the opposition or a role change?

The addition of Graham to their backline has allowed him more freedom to move further up the ground. More linkage plays and score involvements on top of his kick in duty. As a consequence, his possession has risen to 25 (from 15) and scoring 120+ instead of the 80-90 scores.

Forward that has had their bye: Walters or Jack Martin

Have: Petracca, Whitfield, Dusty, BSmith, OMac, XXX

The extra $ with the Martin might be useful in the weeks ahead for direct trades rather than requiring further rookie downgrades, draw looks ok too. Walters "feels" more premium.

Walters seems to be getting back towards his form of low 100 scores, but he's not quite there yet - I would have thought the Swans were a perfect opponent for him and he got 93. Martin is a lot less consistent, but I like what I'm seeing with him. Higher potential to get burned, but also looks more likely to score higher from here too, especially in wins.

I'd go with Martin, as you mentioned, he has a reasonable draw from here. Walters is a safer choice.

Turnovers hurt him badly, had 7 with DE 56%

Have D5 D6 and F6 to go

1). Lukocius D5 + Lloyd D6 + Mosquito (+ Riccardi alternating) F6 - leaves 2 trades

2). Lukocious D5 + Simpkin/Jack Martin F6 and a 450-480k def D6 (Steve May etc) - leaves 1 trade

3). Lloyd D5 + Simpkin F6 and Williamson D6 - leaves 5 trades

Lukocius D5

Can then get Lloyd D6 but would run Mosquito (+ Riccardi alternating) F6 - leaves 2 trades

vs

Simpkin or Jack Martin F6 and a 450-480k def D6 (Steve May etc) - leaves 1 trade
I don't think option 1 can score as well as option 2. Mosquito looks like a very flashy type scorer to me - relying very heavily on a few goals for a decent score, as he's not going to get a lot of the ball. Riccardi I don't see lasting in the team unfortunately, could be wrong, he looks a decent player if given a shot. You probably won't be able to upgrade them easily, could be stuck with a 40 pt score on field each week. Lloyd helps, but I think Simpkin/May (or similar) is the better option here.

Lukocious v Dawson as a Fwd

Considering a D/F swing to give some cover in the back line for the last 2 rounds but Luko is due some steep price rises so if that's the way to jump, it needs to be now.

Mainly looking at league, so rd15 bye not hugely important.

If you are bringing in O'Connor works perfectly with Dawson.

I prefer Lukosius here, if you are league focused. Averaging 7 points extra for the season, 15 pts better over the last 5 rounds and an easier draw.

Either O'Conner or McQuillan would do the job, both D/F and the same $$

I had McQuillan at one stage, something to be said for not getting rid of people/things in case you need them later on.

I must be over estimating the fact that Dawson & O'Connor both play for Sydney , surely that makes it so much easier to swap between D & F where needed when they play for the same team.

Anyway

Lukosius vs May + $40k

Assuming draper gets to $330k after playing next two rounds (post managed this round), Then will be looking a $450k-490k D6 depending on which of these I get.

If that's the criteria then I would go the May + $$$ option. bye-free & gives you more options for that final D6 upgrade.

I think May. Seem close head to head, the extra cash swings me towards May.
Ricccardi v Mosquito?
Mosquito will be much more likely to get ongoing games of the two, so I would have to pick him here, despite probably not having the same scoring potential.

Yep, the benefit I see is that it lets you cover any late outs.
In that respect, O'Connor is much better than McQuillan, but there is no difference between Dawson & Lukosius.

To me the ideal combo would be Lukosius & O'Connor.

In terms of looping options, GWS & COL are the best as they effectively play last in every game Rd14 - Rd17
