Not sure if you are watching, both riders you traded out are in the breakaway tonight. :p

Gaudu has withdrawn which is bad news for a couple here.
Breakaway tonight sure, but toast tomorrow and on Thursday up those HC climbs.
Could be 25 at the front of the race today: everyone sensing it is their last chance to snatch an oppourtunistic win.

Yeah, I would have waited one more stage, agree they are no chance the next few stages.

I just traded in Kwiatkowski as a bit of a hail mary, on the assumption he will go for a stage win now that there's no point looking after Bernal. He should also do well in the time trial for stage 20. Hirschi is the other one with an obvious chance tonight. I would save 2 to get Bennett and another sprinter before stage 19. Sagan and Skujins out would get you Kwiatkowski and Hirschi, and would probably be my trades.
Looks like maybe Carapaz was the Ineos rider released today!

Done.
Out: J Alaphillipe and L Kamna
In: R Porte and M Hirschi

Means Alaphillipe will win multiple stages on the run home and Porte will suffer a tour ending injury. ;)
I hope you aren't watching @Connoisseur. With both Alaphilippe and Kamna in the breakaway and no chase from the bunch you could be learning a valuable lesson. Never take my advice on anything fantasy or better still do the exact opposite.

Gee that’s stiff. I believe it is almost impossible and probably foolhardy to try a select the breakaway winners. However to have one in your team and trade him out, and then he salutes that night....Ouch!!

I don’t really know Kamna so not sure if this is something that could have been predicted but even it is was, a lot needs to go right for any individual to win like this. You could probably understand better if Alaphilippe did it but never would have picked Kamna.

Alaphillipe comes in 10th just to twist that knife a little further. I am feeling your pain vicariously @Connoisseur.

1st and 10th.

Kamna was a breakaway chance, he finished second on an earlier stage with a fairly similar profile. I did think Alaphillipe was the better chance, but he's not in the form he was last year.

It's only about 380 points. Could have been worse.

Rolland I thought would get in the break, he did, didn't finish as close to the front as I wanted. He was still my highest scorer for the day, so good choice as captain.

Yay, I haven’t got Bernal! Oh that’s right, I have to replace Gaudu.

I am so far behind everyone, mainly due to my lack of cycling knowledge, I need some advice please. Best replacement priced at 14 or less. With only two trades it will need to be someone I keep to the end who might snag a stage win. Given I am going poorly anyway, I would prefer to risk a POD others don’t have.

Bernal pulled out of the tour.
Bernal has pulled the pin o_O
Well here we are... NTL...

I can literally get anyone... a sprinter or a climber, that is the question. Two mountain stages, two sprints, one TT.

Already have the two people who could win the mountains AND the TT (rog and pog). But I don't think any other chances for those mountain stages will top 10 a TT, maybe Porte, but it's a stretch.

Probably a better bet to go Bennett or Caleb for 2 guaranteed top-5s. But will they make the time cuts!! Oh the struggles.

No worries. Just another day of Fantasy Sport.

Could have held off for another stage but the earlier I made a move, potentially more points received over the remainder of the tour.
