Enjoying the early events of the athletics this morning. High jump is something I always love watching. The steeplechase isn’t bad viewing either, even though I couldn’t think of anything worse to do for exercise!

Swimming is popular and Australia do well at it so it is always going to dominate the coverage while it is on. Channel 7 would be heavily criticised if they didn’t do it.

We have 7mate and then the 7app where can pretty much watch anything that is currently on. Not sure we have too much to complain about.

Spot on. Not a gymnastics person at all so I flicked on the table tennis final last night. I highly recommend it, the American commentator on the coverage gets right into it and it really helps the viewing experience.

The whole Olympics is such a "something for everyone" event anyway that with the advent of streaming there's really no excuse for not getting the best out of it for a fortnight.

More gold in the pool, Emma McKeon our latest gold medal winner. Cate Campbell with the bronze too.

Our swimmers have been amazing this Olympics, particularly our women.

My two year old daughter was cheering the Aussie girls home with an "Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi OI!"

This women’s football match is exciting.

Australia score in the last 10 mins to make it 2-2 at full time. England have their penalty saved then Australia score a minute later in first half of extra time. Australia go 4-2 up in first minute of second half of ET. Just need to hold on fo 10 more mins now!
