WA playing Short as number 1 spinner. Thought Rocchiccioli bowled well given the previous match was never going to end in a result. They spoke a lot in the pre-season about wanting to give him multiple matches whilst Agar was away.

4 quicks + Green (not sure how much bowling he is "allowed" at the moment) , Cartwright as well.

Rocchiccioli was with the Test Squad last season , must be reasonable enough , not developing much when they don't play him though.

Worked his way past 150 now. Hopefully QLD set SA a target tomorrow (they should given they were disappointed with TAS not doing the same in their previous match) and we can get a good finish late day 4.

No idea what the pitch is like , maybe Richardson is on "restricted" overs hence why they went 4 quicks.

They should be able to push a bit harder than that. 240 ahead already with Khawaja and Peirson still in. Wildermuth and T20 hitter Bazley still to come. The pitch may have gotten better to bat on too (QLD scored 2/307 today).

But you don't get points for playing out a draw. I'll go for 320 in the best part of 5 hours. Both teams should have a real go. Need to push for outright wins when you aren't playing at Karen Rolton Oval.

It may be due to reduced overs for Richardson. They need Darcy to perform with the bat first. 6/155 and he is batting with the tail. Need 250 all up at least I would think.

300 in 5 hours is probably not going to be realistic , need to entice SA enough to have a crack at it , otherwise it just meanders along and they will have a handshake at tea.

Get Peirson his 💯 tomorrow then let Bazley & Wildermuth swing for 30-45 minutes
