I know a lot don't go much based on historical averages , but worth looking at Wade's SC average v the Scorchers (especially as they play them twice in succession)

If Wade & Short both rise I just hope Lynn & Mujeeb drop similar amounts to balance everything out

I think the key is not to get too attached to players in your team ;)

BBL is much different to normal AFL SC the ability to 'upgrade' bench players is much more difficult unless you really get a bolter like MShort or may be Couch more so MShort due to such high and quick price increase.

I think if you identify a player on a DGR that you 'must have' it is often a case of get them in no matter who you need to trade out, at least that is how I approach BBL SC, which is different to AFL SC.

The problems are really going to come when you are trying to get both Wade and DShort for the hurricanes DGR as both players are likely to be 190k plus, so it might be worth ditching a MMarsh this week and getting one now at 162k for Wade, MMarsh is not likely to have a significant price movement this week (not going to go up beyond 150k) whereas Wade could well be $180k plus after this week.

The other problem of course is that several Stars palyers whom have post significant $ losses and will continue to loose $. It may be a case that one needs to trade a Curran to one of DShort/Wade at their DGR, but unless you have a significant $ bank you are not going to be able to do a DreRuss/Maxy/Stoinis to Wade/DShort.

I was going to get MMarsh in this week for Kerr, but may do Garton to Wade this week. I know it is a big call to commit to Wade 3-4 rounds out, but if you want him for the DGR might be better to pay 162k now rather than 190k+ in 2 weeks.
Spot on

The other thing (heavan forbid) is do we actually need to use our 3 trades every round.

Often thought , particularly when we are "forced" into a trade chasing someone because they have a DGR coming up , are we better off actually holding that player (especially if a premium) and our team is better off long term.

Most times we trade out a premium it becomes difficult to get them back in , especially if following the fixtures , so maybe not using all 3 trades every round is more beneficial long term.

Just because the trades are their are we on auto pilot just to use them.

Not sure who my 3rd Heat or Hurricane player will be for DGR 6 yet but may in fact be better off holding my premium players instead long term.

When you work it out let me know ;)
Im letting whether I think Inglis is a must next week or not define my call. If Inglis opens, I don’t want to fade him, if he’s at 4 I’m willing to let him go. For my team structure if I need Inglis, I’ll grab Marsh this week, if not, I’ll grab Wade.

I don't think we need to use our three trades every round, but I think it would be wise to do so. If we don't want to make changes to our starting XI, we can always use the "extra" trade to clean up our bench, even if it is swapping donuts to take better opportunity of the draw between when we do it and season's end.

Hahaha too funny , my bench is "Where's Wally "

Wally being Faridoun , Finch & Hughes

But yes those that picked better at the start could well be upgrading bench players in Round 5 & 6 instead of "wasting" trades on onfield players.

Full credit to them.

Afghanistan Cricket Board may allow their national cricketers to take part in only three franchise-based T20 leagues in order to ensure their availability in domestic tournaments.

Good luck with that, only need to look at what happened to WI cricket.

Curiosity got the better of me

DreRuss team played the Delhi Bulls in the Abu Dhabi T10 Final

Delhi Bulls XI was Gurbaz , Chandraupaul Hemraj , Rutherford , Morgan , Drakes , Shepherd , Bravo , Adil Rashid , Fazalhaq Farooqi , Shiraz Ahmed , Rampual

4 of them have IPL contracts, 2 were reserves and just a matter of time before Gurbaz has a contract

Tom Kohler-Cadmore was his opening partner 59* (28) now if he could stay out of trouble maybe he is England's next rising bat (is 27 now though) , playing LPL at the moment, signed up for the PSL

Not much to look at.
Wade v Scorchers
10 matches, 282 runs at 31, SR around 130.
All pretty consistent with his total career numbers.
Hobart numbers similar to above.
Marsh Hurricane and Hobart numbers similar to above.
To be honest, it puts me no closer to making a decision.

Interesting , SC plus are only showing 4 games, highest of 42, lowest of 3 , average 22.5

scores of 6 , 3 , 39 , 42 working backwards

my final trade is between Inglis & Wade

if I get Wade this round I then get Renshaw, Inglis next round + a spare or another Scorcher

if I get Inglis this round I then get Renshaw, a spare and another Scorcher possibly next round , Wade then waits until Round 5 or 6 , just need to work out then which round to get him , Lynn, Mujeeb & Short and if I actually want a 3rd Heat & Hurricane premium for DGR 6

need to work out if I want a spare in Round 4 and a 5th Scorcher, keen to see Mills play tonight
