Reading the last few pages plenty of people are still looking at trading them in.

I would be looking at the likes of Renshaw & Weatherald as the cheap options tonight.

Sams , personally prefer Dwarshuis to Abbott

Haven't really looked at any Renegades options myself.

Given the highly contagious nature of Omicron, doesn't this make trading in any Thunder players a bit risky or do we just plan for the probability that any Thunder player may have to be traded straight out next round i.e. one round at a time putting out the spot fires?

Hales, Gilkes and Whiteman are their only real top order bats so yeah it could happen. Also unlike Sams Cutting is at least capable of doing something other than swinging as hard as possible.

I think we'll be lucky to play full stop post this round to be honest, want a player of Sams quality while he is playing.
