My trades this week are:

Tago > Schuster
Penisini > Tass
Schneider > Walker

May will go instead of Tago if he gets dropped. Bringing Schuster in is a big risk but I need to take a risk and anti-pod and get exposure to Manly‘s Left. With turbo returning they should be much more focused on going down the left again.

Leaves 167k ITB, 2 boosts with a downgrade and upgrade next week to get one of Hynes/Turbo via Ilias. Essentially using a boost this week for prep next week to likely get in Turbo or Hynes

I'd be very tempted to save the final boost (could be crucial over the byes) and get Hynes instead of Cody. Whilst Cody scored good last week he still didn't pass the eye test, whereas Hynes is definitely going to be the number 2 halfback behind Cleary and has better fixtures.

21 trades is very low at this stage of the season.

My trades this week are Penisini - Tass, Moses to Drinkwater (Via Hynes to Halves, Drinkwater in FB) and Tualagi to Lolo. Gives me strong reserves of Tago, Aitken, Hynes and Drinkwater. Leaving team like this:

Grant / Luke
IPap, M.King / Haas, A.Fifita
Talakai, Ola, Lolo / Aitken, Tago, Burbo
Cleary / Hynes
Munster / Illias
May, Coates, Fermor, Tass / Suaalli, Koula, Schiller
Papy / Drinkwater

My other thought was to trade Moses to Turbo and Penisini to Tass and leave it there but not entirely sure yet. I like the structure with the first trade as it helps with bye and it leaves me with $111k itb to hopefully find a way to get Turbo in coming weeks.

Appreciate any thoughts

I guess it depends on the amount of boosts you have left.

Surely Tuilagi > Lolo is using cash ($283K) that could be used to upgrade to Turbo

Tuilagi also has a BE12 and starting

I'd go with
Moses > Turbo (BE165), or Drinkwater (BE-20), (Personally straight to Turbo if I could, saves a trade but know I could lose cash), Drinky's scoring well though... tough decision.

Thanks heaps mate! It's definitely a lot to think about. Would only leave me with one boost left if I went with the first trade so I may have a rethink and go straight to Turbo. Penisini to Tass is a lock but may have a think about the other trade

My thoughts is that you go Penisini > Tass, Moses > Turbo, Ilias to TMM - does the Ilias trade free up enough cash to get Turbo?

Personally wouldn't get too hung up on round 13 byes - not worth gutting your team over.

That would be a good use of a boost. Getting Turbo and the 2 best cash gens this week since you're skipping Walker.

I can use a 4th boost for Turbo, but I'm waiting a week.

With a few calculations and bit of luck, RD10 I'm looking at Turbo + $175k cheapie with Taafe + JTB

So many options this week - really want Turbo next week, so looking at funding options
I just about traded Staggs > Tass and Arrow > Schuster

Ended up
Penisini > Tass, and will probably move DFifi > Elliott
