Well that's pretty much it for this year. Finished on 2399 which will be a poor score this round so hopes of climbing overall rankings is gone and both finals match ups were lost.

Still in play in public league but really can't be bothered with this anymore after a long season wearing constant injuries and now not having the in form players you need to keep up at the pointy end of the season.

Disappointing really but my team has had zero luck and I've consistently made the wrong calls on 50-50 decisions between players so it is what it is.
Last 2 years I felt a bit like that at the end of the season, a bit beaten down and always behind the 8-Ball, try again next season mate, it's a blank slate for everyone :)

Another shocking round, had to field Hobbs and Owens, lot of spuds, Crisp, Short, Sidebottom, Witts, Macrae, English and Captain Bont didn’t crack 100
Hope Houston, Coniglio and Treloar are all back next week

Was going well up to about 6 weeks ago, then bad VC/C choices, a lot injuries, hardly had a trade left, and a few of my players decided to fall off a cliff and I didn’t have Laird, Miller, Merrett, Andrew Brayshaw and Sinclair all decide to pig out big in the last few weeks

Should get another 25 to 40 points in the last for ya....not too bad :)
Turned out surprisingly well.

2568 is pretty much the highest score I've ever had. Live to fight another week in my leagues (if you count escaping the bottom of the table clash in the Last Minute SCS...was in the bottom half of the 8 in my other leagues)

Gah what a kick in the teeth. Decided to loop butters who score 120 and decided to bench dunkley.

Not only did he score 130 but had roili jnr come on (due to other late ins) and get a 6 instead on the butters 120.

114 point stuff up

Ouch e wa wa that's tragic mate, I'm really reluctant to try any cute loopy stuff around finals time for that exact reason....Murphy's Law

(No review thread yet so ill post here)

Last minute change from following through on Merrett as i missed out on Laird vc because i didnt have someone to loop through
Miller stood up for me in the end which im happy about
Villians- Macrae, Goldy, English, Cogs(sorry not sorry, means i had to use the other Villian.. Culley), McVeigh for pushing Himmelberg forward
Heros- everyone who hasnt been named in the villian category
Average Joes- Ridley, Witts(understandable against Nic Nat), Oliver (again understandable due to thumb)

Planned trades: just using 1 so it'll either be a down grade or a side step?
Thinking Macrae to Mills or Brayshaw OR Ridley to Dale types

Or Parnell to fresh rookie

Scaling cost me 6 points. Boo!
Ridley I expect. Cost one guy I know a league game.

2435 for me. There is some big scores around yet plenty of teams in our competitive leagues that were doing well 2 weeks ago that were lower too. Hopefully climb the ranks a little as a strive to go from mid 7000s to 5000s, normally quite challenging at this time of the year. team now running on fumes.
