1661428233809.png Early analysis of the that is the draft list. Went through the whole list and looked at the stats from the t20 comps this year. This is a shortlist that I created from the list of draft nominees. A lot of tier-two nations with plenty of good stats too, not sure where they sit amongst these lads. These stats are a good indication of form, but also between now and the bbl, there will be the world cup, Caribbean league and South African league still to go.

Lot of players will be selected largely on form over in England which rarely translates, don't be surprised if international performance underwhelms yet again.

Started looking through stats today and realised there's not really any point thinking about teams until the World Cup is done. That's going to be the most valuable form line heading into the BBL.

That being said I'd be shocked if most teams didn't end up with Liam Livingstone no matter what his form is like.

Could someone point me in the right direction, I'm looking for a thread that has some useful info regarding the upcoming BBL? 😉

Thanks for the reminder Herbie, no favours for you. I was going to transfer a trade or 2. 😁
Pick Lynn , Maxwell , Sams , Stoinis, Zampa & hope you don't need more than 6 OS players for Round 1.

Don't start Warner, unless you think he will get dropped from the Test team.

Might not be that straightforward.

If the AS , MS & ST all start with a DGR I am thinking Maxwell , Sams , Stoinis & Zampa will be local locks then depending on who gets drafted Sunday night , how many of those OS we need to start (AS have committed to getting Rashid)

Might not have room Livingstone let alone the $ , need some of the OS to be cheap/value.

PS possibly with the Bye (and expected DGR in Round 2) , so might have to overspend on the bench from the get go as well.

Hopefully with the draft happening on Sunday they might actually open the game earlier so we can some idea around player pricing.
