First time looking at SuperCoach since my horrible ending to the AFL season with Ben keays ruining any chance at a good ranking in the last few weeks

have put togetehr this team just by looking at first 3 rounds, and was hoping for any obvious flaws or details ive missed, have read the last few pages of this thread to try get back into it

but overall love towards supercoach is low right now, was debating whether to give this a crack at all, but seems like a good way to get back into it

trading in ben keays over clayton oliver in round 8 will never be lived down

T Sangha is injured, likely to miss most of the BBL.

With less than a week to go and lists still not finalised this is where my team is at going into round 1 -

Keepers - Inglis (Gilkes)
Bats - Sams, J Sangha, Hales, Lynn & Roussow (Wade/T David)
Bowling - R Khan, Siddle, C Green, Zampa & Stoinis (J Richardson/A Hardie)

I'd like to have Tye on the bench instead of Richardson (only due to uncertainty of what is happening with Richardson injury?) but I'm $7k short. I'm thinking of doing Green to either Farooqi/McAndrew to get that done but I'm unsure on both Farooqi/McAndrew position in the side where I feel more comfortable that C Green plays all games in the 1st 2 rounds? I could do Lynn to Hose but I'm woprried about what Lynn can do and I don't want to kick myself if he has a night out in 1 of their DGR.

Wade allows me to swing both DGR keepers on the park in round 2 but also gives me a possible under-priced SAF keeper that you could feel comfortable putting on the park in the SGR. T David is a gift if he can have a couple of reasonable nights out to start his price going up. I think he bats no lower that 5 this year fro Hurricanes.

This gives me 11 DGR in round 1 and 11 in round 2 with my trades of R Khan/Siddle to FAF/Tye. I'll use my 3rd trade to get in a Heat player for round 3 before using my boost after round 2 to get another 4 Heat players in to give me 5 DGR for round 3.

Like it, looks really solid, love the Wade call. He’s right in the frame for me too now. Only thing is his bye round 5 but can just put Inglis on that week which isn’t a big deal

With all the Hardie talk....pondering is a Hardie double in rd2 worth more or less than a Sutherland double in rd5. Cheaper to start with, Dr Rus gone by Rd5, Sixers bowlers likely to take wickets, and has been bowling a lot more in shield cricket as evidence by opening the bowling last innings, getting a Michelle along with MOM honours.
