Id bank a Hosein while hes well priced but honestly the way my team is set up I dont see how I could trade him in without having to trade him out again for Heat targets so largely feels pointless.
I’d love to own him but I just can’t get him without making an unnecessary sacrifice. Great option but I can see Mujeeb going close to matching him, so he’s a fine alternative on the dgw anyway imo.

Except for that Surrey score in 1983, yes.
Quite right, I am not sure how I missed that!

Possibly the shortest of the lot as well. I'm guessing the 6 may have been shorter, although based on the other run rates, and the fact it was a FC game (eons ago), maybe last night's match could hold that record.

Honestly don’t know how next weeks trades will look with Hales and Rossouw worth nothing. May have to burn Matt Short next week tbh, or take really cheap Heat. Will still have Inglis, Lyth and Stoinis in my 11 next round too. Scary
Could you potentially get fewer Scorchers, but higher quality (and higher priced) ones? You may be able to replicate the points and make future trades easier.

Everyone is expendable, so do not grow too attached to players and scores given the fickle nature of T20. If the order of scores was reversed for Clarke, would you still be as keen to hold through his bye?

I would be very cautious about selecting Hatz given you already own Agar. Do you expect the pitches to be spin friendly for RD2 and that the pace options for the Scorchers all struggle? Do you intend to hold any Scorchers bowlers past RD2 and would you be confident in fielding Hatz if necessary or that he is selected in RD3? In your situation is the cash saved essential in funding other or future moves? Seems like a low upside, high risk move.

Will be very interesting to see what coaches decide to do with their Thunder players and presents a great opportunity to exploit the Sunk Cost fallacy.

Out: J Clarke, R Rossouw and T Rogers
In: S Billings, A Tye (via A Agar) and A Lyth
Should be a solid option given your thoughts above
Hear hear. Keep your head @Gumwah - you are off to such a good start, just keep making good decisions with a cool head. If you can maintain that, you will be in a strong position.

Only making two trades this round - Short out, M Marsh in, Rashid Khan out, Farooqi in. Had 4 Scorchers in the bench last round so have 10 DGR players. Lynn looped into David (E) as the 11th.

Will use a trade boost next round to get 4 Heat players.
This is a situation where it may be hard to find a good third trade, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't do something beneficial. I would probably look at something that conserves and/or generates cash for you. Even a sideways on a Thunder/Scorcher player could help with cash gen if there really isn't anything better.

Edit: I may have missed the more important point here (which @Herbie66 flagged), but I think the point still stands.
