Keep Zampa if you can. 50+ player with a negative BE.

Two other options would be (1) trading Lynn, who I don't see a particular reason to keep over Zampa, or (2) seeing how Inglis goes tonight, and potentially trading Clarke instead, swinging Gilkes up to WK1.

For me (1) would be preferred. There may be other good options.
Like suggestion 1, BUT am $ 700 short doing this and would have to forego Hosein with an even bigger negative BE. Might seem counterintuitive but Zamps could even come back in R3 given the BE as I do like him.

Or even for M Short if Hosein kills it this round.

What is your remaining salary pre trades to further assist with any recommendations?

Welcome aboard!

The one aspect I'm a bit unsure of is Mujeeb/Dorf.

Mujeeb is a c. 50 average player in BBL historically and priced below that. He plays Thunder (bowled out for 15), Heat (historically abominable against spin, albeit with significant personnel changes this year), then Hobart (ave 67 against them, albeit a small sample of 4) and a double (Sixers x 2 - not ideal, but he gets two shots at it, and averages 48 against them).

Dorf seemed to often lose overs last year, and as a somewhat more containing than wicket-taking bowler, it's more important that he bowls 3 to be eligible for that ER bonus. Last season his over counts were: 2, 4, 4, 2, 4, 4, 4, 4, 2, 2, 3, 2.5, 3.5. That's only 7 games of 3.5 or more, with 5 games of <3. He did quite well to take 16 wickets (albeit he still lost overs despite taking those wickets), but I wonder if he's nailed on for 8 overs this double or not. Scorchers also play the Sixers and Hurricanes, who are strong sides (equal favourite and third favourite to win the BBL) ... the Scorchers draw actually opens up a lot after that, but I suspect Dorf is someone that won't be held that long anyway. His domestic form is decent (see below), but I wonder if you can't get better value out of that trade.

Have since done some more thinking, will keep mujeeb and use two trades-
Lynn - Lyth
Wood - Either Dorf/Hatz/Hardie
But fairly worried about Hardie role and whether or not Hatz gets selected. Reason to only use these 2 is I am also worried about Hales injury concerns and Rossouw job security with the arrival Qadir and I can use the 3rd trade mid round to move them if I need.

A reminder to those who own a player from each of the following teams: Adelaide Strikers, Melbourne Stars and Perth Scorchers (on either your batting or bowling line) that you can loop the Scorchers double.

For example:
Start Melbourne Stars player on field
Place the E on your Scorcher and move your Striker to the bench
If your Scorcher has not scored enough by the end of their match on Monday, then move your Striker on field thus pushing your Star to the bench, for their match on Tuesday

Hahah god I’m an idiot, one was meant to be Neser

Really will need to take a couple of Heat cheapies I think due to Hales and Rossouw. Kuhnemann looked good and will be worth it purely for the cash gen I think
Reckon 9 games out of 10 he gets belted myself but might not have any alternative if Hales and Roussow tank further in value.

This is a situation where it may be hard to find a good third trade, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't do something beneficial. I would probably look at something that conserves and/or generates cash for you. Even a sideways on a Thunder/Scorcher player could help with cash gen if there really isn't anything better.

Edit: I may have missed the more important point here (which @Herbie66 flagged), but I think the point still stands.
In the end I did add a third - brought in a Heat player in anticipation of next round (Munro). I felt trading out Stoinis will hurt me in the long run - he will go lower for one game, and then at his current price point, will likely come good and surge, meaning I either buy him back much higher for the later DGR, or get him earlier, forgoing a DGR player from another team. But in the end I traded him, and I will just get a Sixer or Renegade next week to go with what will be 4 Heat players, and still use the Trade Boost.

Oh yeah, and got Du Plessis to replace my other blunder!
