Can someone point me to the post that outlines OS player availability dates.

Considering trading out RK 19 due to his high BE given he has to go soonish anyway.

Going to try something a little different here...

OUT: Hales, Rossouw, Farooqi, Agar
IN: Renshaw, Munro, Steketee... Webster

Won't make as much as Dooley but fills the more troublesome Bat7 spot. Not quite enough for Dooley in any case, and really don't want both him and Naveed making decisions tricky for me.

Think my side looks a lot better if Gilkes is dropped and becomes a donut but I can't see that that will happen with Sangha's injury. :/

After an ugly start in Round 1 my 1,569 in Round 2 climbed me 12,311 places into 710th.

Trades this week looking pretty similar to everyone else:
Rossouw -> Neser
A. Agar -> Bazeley
R. Khan -> Steketee (I've opted to hold Sams instead of Rashid as it enables looping options for this week and his dual status is helpful for future trades. The High BE and Bye in Round 5 also made this decision a bit easier for me).

Will also use my Boost to go Farooqi -> Dooley (and then in Round 5 straight swap Dooley to K. Richardson).

Good luck this week all.

Thinking of boosting

should I boost for Dooley and Shadap??
Already have Bazley

A Agar > Shadap Khan
Rossouw > Neser
Tye > Steketee
Farroqi > Dooley

or play no boost

Rossouw > Neser
Tye > Steketee
Farooqi > Kuhnemann

I'm leaning boosting, but also really want too save it

I could do no boost. Instead of Kuhnemann, pick up Dooley for cash gen, or Shadap
I would do it.

is Steketee a lock? I don't intend on vcing him. Out of my 7 bowlers, 4 of them average over 80, 2 average over 50, and then Rashid :poop:(n) Only viable option for me is farooqi out, which takes away my loop option. I totally get that he can score well this week, but when i weigh up the pros and cons, it doesn't seem worth it.
Not a lock at all, given his price comparative to that of his teammates. Preferably for players in that price range, I would be selecting if I intend to hold them long term, have a very high ceiling or not confident in lower priced teammates/players matching his production. I feel Steketee does not fit those categories and also does not possess a nice economy rate to fall back on if the wickets dry up or are minimal. If you do not intend on vice captaining him then it returns back to the value argument, as this would be seen to be a vote of no confidence in Steketee. I gather his popularity stems largely from the fact he is on a double and easy to switch to K Richardson/etc next round.

Good question, I had him in my thinking as someone who could snag a wicket or 2 in the same vein as Matt Short. But I'm not sure he gets enough overs for that, and if he is predominantly a bat only pick I think I'd go for the value selections over him.
Icing on the cake for batters within the top four to five of the batting order that can sneak an or a few overs in per innings or throughout the season. I would prefer for decision making purposes to operate on the basis that the worst case scenario will eventuate (eg no overs received or 1 across the double, extended period, etc). This leaves you to rank the player solely on their predominant source of scoring.
