I think it's pretty hard to go under the radar in this comp, given you don't have overlapping games (so watching each game is relatively easy compared to AFL), and changes in role are pretty explicit and obvious (moving up the order, getting more overs) compared to maybe getting a handful more CBAs a game.
That said, I'd say the biggest surprise for me so far has been Adam Hose. Strikers struggled so badly in the middle order last year, excellent recruiting!

Might not be a less obvious option, but in terms of points so far for their price, I definitely like the look of Tim David so far. Seems in good form, a bye before his double means he's probably not worth bringing in at this point to our side, but think he's great value.

As per the Combined SCS Team topic, we need to bench one of Zampa or Tye this round. I don't think there's much in it, but any thoughts on which one? Thanks to those who have given their thoughts already in the main topic.

I'm wondering if we've got to look at the form of the individual players against them, not just Scorchers v Zampa etc.
On any given day either could come out on top.
But I'll pick Zampa over Tye
My question is more an x vs y vs z vs a vs b
Bench one from: Wade, Kerr, Stonis or Munro (E)?
Can also include Zampa and NCN to the equation through DPP magic.

NCN - Reckon he could struggle, won't get ER I don't think and there many not be many wickets that fall. Think he's the most vulnerable.
Zampa - I think can scratch an ok score despite the venue
Stoinis - If he doesn't have another grain fade he could cash in at the venue
Wade - Good form and can snag keeping points
Kerr - Dual threat so more changes to score
Munro - Looked ok despite a stupid wicket, but I also think an 18 point head start is enough vs the other guys
