I like the VC thinking but there's a question over whether Ironhawk is actually available at the right time to make such a move. If it has to be locked in earlier, I favour Inglis, whose floor and ceiling is well demonstrated by now.
I should be around, will wait until the toss to decide between Tye and Inglis as VC. Locked in everything else, as there's been nothing else suggested instead.
If you’re having trouble trade updating (eg the Abbott out to get Dorf out instead), use a boost to make a fourth trade, and SC should recognize that it’s only three trades on a net basis, and refund the boost.
It worked for me after the trade update did not (because SC calculated my cash balance incorrectly when I tried to use the trade update function).
Just check that you’re happy with it afterwards. There’s still time to reverse trades if not.

I did have to activate the boost, then deactivate it post trade. Had to do that in one of the previous rounds, so was aware you could do that. Good reason to hold onto a boost as long as possible.
That's definitely takeable. Second match being vs Renegades at Optus is a pretty strong matchup too, regardless of batting first or second I would have thought.
We also know he's not going to put his hand up for a rest either!
Id probably take the slightly under ideal points when the guys a bowler, feels more bullet proof than a Hardie VC, I guess the only other thing to consider is our current rank and the fact we really have nothing to lose, should we just roll the dice to try get a higher score?
I gather we are going 7 Hurricanes for DGR 13 (or 6 if we want to look at Abbott's score from E)
Which Hurricanes are we targeting ?
Dooley if fit
David & Meredith
Faheem maybe
Thoughts on VC ?
Any thought into our 4 onfield SGR players
Renshaw in the form of his life
then 3 from Abbott , Neser , Sams (Thunder playing after Hurricanes both games completed , so could be back up captain option or do we have to save a trade for a Thunder 🍩 if the VC score works) , Short
On form can't see us fielding Khawaja or Labuschagne
I dont think fading David would be the end of the world, scored well but largely relied on their top order not performing, youd think at some point they would stand up especially with both games in Tassie on roads.

Jewell and possibly Crawley would be worth considering too.
Hard to see us taking Darcy batting at 6, unless we expect him to bowl 2+.
Agreed re Khawaja and Labuschagne unless they really show something in game two.
The looping suggestions could be good as well. Maybe someone like Bancroft survives as a looper, and we trade out a dearer SGR option for more cash if required.
