I would look at Ellis being the captain next year - that guy gives you 100% effort every game/ full of energy/ very positive vibe. No idea what his communication skills/tactical skills are like but if they are quality then he would be the guy I think.

Ellis has been the captain when Wade's been off - would fancy him as a permanent captain, didn't look too bad when he was in charge!

In retrospect "personal leave" probably should've been a big red flag for bringing Wade back in. Have kind of felt stuck with him the entire second half of the season as a result.
