Congrats to @Diabolical (AGAIN!), and also to everyone else on some amazing results this year.
I think the fact our combined team finished in 60th for a first attempt summarises the level of talent here. I honestly thought we'd never get it to work, but to actually put together a team that did so well this season is an amazing effort you should all be proud of.
Even if you had a bad personal result this season, everyone here can say they finished top 60, as it is not just my team, it was a combined site effort. Thanks to everyone who contributed in any way, and expect to see a similar topic very soon for the AFL season!

Well that's that on another BBL SC season!
I ended up finishing in 287th spot which was quite a disappointment from my 31st rank only 3 rounds ago. The SGW's absolutely well and truly destroyed me to which I just didn't pick the right players at all... DGW's were the weeks where I did well due to prior planning.
Oh well I'm happy it is all over but also sad at the same time.
Congratulations also to the back to back winner @Diabolical and also a special mention to @The Banker for his 3rd place finish, also to all the other SCS members who posted a great finishing rank.
This has been my first season on this site and I have well and truly enjoyed every bit of it, it really is a great community in here and I am already looking forward to what next BBL season has in store.

It's definitely my team, as if it was just up to people here it probably would have finished top 10. It was my only team entered, and I didn't have to listen to anyone else here with suggestions made - it's when I chose not to that things went badly.
It's no different really to taking advice from a Herald Sun article and running your team that way - that's pretty similar to what I did if you look at it. Nobody else had access to make changes to the team, so there's definitely no rule breaking going on (I read the rules fairly thoroughly before deciding to run the combined team).
