It comes down to the mid time and I just dont think there will be enough, especially early as they look to keep his body as fresh as possible for the business end of the year.
I don't want him, trust me, I'd rather a good rookie but if he's at 25% ownership of more I'll be hard pressed to leave him out on just that number.

Which one of their young rucks? Who do they have? Is Max Heath AFL ready? It's not like their ruck stocks are great either.
Yep and Campbell is old and only played 2 games last year, and is injured. I think Marshall has to be the only Ruck and then deal with the forward line around that, don't think he'll be playing forward hardly at all.

Im pretty set on taking him on but Im also interested to see how he actually looks as a forward, after repeated shoulder surgeries and a pretty serious back op can he actually take the contested marks he could in his prime? Does multiple soft tissue issues allow him to still have the power on the lead he once had? Lot of questions that need to be answered.

Disappointed to lose what was likely a very good SC option but if any of the allegations are true his contract should be ripped up immediately.
Do not understand these kids. Of course it is allegations at the moment. Hope it turns out not to be true. Disappointing for North and their fans, disappointing for the girl/girls involved. Challenging for Thomas regardless of outcome now....

Don't worry about the shoulder

Saints trialling another 196cm key forward:

ST KILDA has decided to explore another avenue for key forward depth ahead of the pre-season supplemental selection period deadline, inviting Anthony Caminiti to trial for the final spot on the Saints' rookie list.

The 19-year-old is part of Carlton's VFL program and will have less than a handful of training sessions to mount his case for a spot at RSEA Park in 2023.

One thing I’m finding interesting this year is locking in my clear cut VC/C options. In years past we’ve usually had a ruck option or 2, plus a couple of starting Uber mids. This year the rucks all look risky (VC at best) and someone like Macrae could burn you if the role stays average.

Leaning heavily towards Laird/Oliver as their fixtures align perfectly for VC/C and both feel up there with the most reliable. Bont probably another.. those 3 feel the best and safest.

Ill just be rotating Laird and Oliver, making any other decision can be left for those that have gone for value.

Very hard to trust Macrae when hes been thrown on a wing previously and theyve just lost a quality winger, rather see the good role and make him an upgrade priority than hope it happens off one pre season game.

Yeah right now my M1-4 is Laird, Miller, Bont, Steele. Wouldn't want to stray away from that group for now considering the question marks over the ruck line...
