Michael Smith wins night 3 in Glasgow 6-4 over an ownerless Dimi. From 4-2 down to Clayton in the semi, Smith turned on the burners to put Clayton away in a last leg decider, and then put up a near flawless 109 average to outlast Dimi. Smith captains @Professor @tso and @KLo30 reaped the rewards and moved into the 10-8 spots on the table. The first time a winning night captain has been selected in the opening 3 weeks.

Gaps starting to open at the top with @Professor and @tso but as we have seen so far, when you have the most points then you also have the most to lose. Very tight in the middle of the table, and still 6 in double figures, yet it's a different 6 again.

Aim will be to have this up Tuesday night some time. Will give me some time to prep the form and my own team.

This is the tournament that requires the most amount of work due to the field size, and the 3 day format.

Another roadblock is that I think I will have to work next Saturday morning, so the form for Day 2 will likely come ahead of the Day 1 results, just to give you guys as much time as possible to pick Day 2 teams.

Laptop will be making a trip to work at this stage, so I will do my best to get everything done in a timely fashion.
