I think they will likely flip between the idea of either McCreery as the sub and Ginnivan in, or Ginnivan as the sub and McCreery to stay in.
No idea why they have kept Cameron in with Cox though. It's pretty clear that if Cameron doesn't get sole-rucking responsibilities, he's pretty useless almost anywhere else.
