I think it was a very impressive win by Philly.
I know KC are having problems scoring but for Philly to keep KC to no points in the 2nd half is quite something.
KC had 6 drives in the 2nd half and they entered Philly territory on only one drive - which ended at the Philly 39 yd line.
When was the last time KC didn't score in a half of football?
It probably has happened under Mahomes but I can't remember when.

Also impressive:
LA Rams beat Seattle with Kupp playing only a qtr before injury.
Denver with their much improved defence beating Minnesota 21-20.

There may be a reason for Dobbs not performing quite as well this week: a hit on the first drive from Kareem Jackson.
A 14yr veteran safety, Jackson just can't seem to get used to the changing rules regarding what is and isn't a safe hit.
He's already been fined 4 times this year for unnecessary roughness/illegal tackles and been ejected from two games.
This was his first game back from a 2 game suspension (reduced on appeal from 4 games),
So what does he go and do?
Less than 2 minutes into the game, on Minnesota's first drive, Jackson in his first tackle lowers his helmet and hits Dobbs in the shoulder/kneck/head area.
He has been suspended, again, for 4 games. The letter apprising him of the suspension said:
"you had time and space to avoid such contact. You could have made contact with your opponent within the rules, yet you chose not to.''

Projected: 553; Actual: 444
Rank: 523; Behind: 646

After last week's thrills it's back to my usual this week: nowhere near projected; ranked in the 1,000s.
My RBs seriously let me down; Ekeler, J Williams and R Freeman scored 37 between them. Freeman I expected as he was a fill-in but Ejeker and J Williams?
I traded Kamara (bye) -> Davante Williams (12) to avoid a donut: Williams was cheap-ish and looking good - but after having 19, 30 and 25 touches in the previoius three games he gets only 13 this week !!!!!!
My other trade of Addison (11) -> A J Brown (2) also disappointed. I was tired of seeing AJ go big and post-bye seemed a good time to bring him in. Plus I don't trust Dobbs as a passer

Thankfully it's the last week the byes will impact my team.
I'll miss Hockenson in wk.13 but he's my only starter with a bye to come.

Again congrat.s to those of us doing well.
A big shout out to @pizza safety: after your #4 finish last year it's really nice to see you heading the comp. I hope you can finish it off.
I''ll be cheering you on.
No disrespect @Killerbees @Connoisseur or others near the top - I'm cheering you on too but to go 4th and then 1st is special.
Agree it’s so hard to back it up year after year in the top ten of any comp

Billerkees and I were messaging through the last quarter as he knew I was chasing down an eliminator lead, I said to him they’ve given Mahomes too long, this will be a score, he had a couple good looks but they are really struggling without any WRs

Trading for Adams at deadline seems like a no brainer that they missed

Dropped 5 spots overall to 490, 609 points behind the leader. Definitely gettable. 🙄

Only 5 trades left, been dealing with under performers at WR. Fields back assisted Moore, Thielen struggled to 22 which is an improvement on recent lows, got sucked in buying high. Diggs is a problem, I'm hoping people trade him out, too classy to drop, just need Allen to pass it to him. Having 3 top QB's will be a raffle each week, not seeing the results yet, Hurts, Allen and Herbert. Andrews at TE will stay on the bench and Njoku takes over, unless I burn a trade for his cash.
Great to see so many at the top of the rankings, obviously doing something right, well done.

Denver kept Mahomes and the Chiefs to 0 in the second half a few weeks ago.
Weather and Mahomes playing through sickness probably helped out a lot there.

They didn't have the WRs last year either - did they? Did they lose any over the off-season?
I'd suggest their WRs should have actually improved:
Rice has been added and several are in their 2nd year in the system - Moore, Toney, M V-S, Watson
I think another 2nd year in Pacheco has definitely improved - both as a rusher and as a pass-catcher.
Maybe Kelce isn't quite what he was?

Or maybe, just maybe, Mahomes isn't playing at the same level he was?

Have you thought about trading out one of your QBs to J Browning $3.1m and use the cash to improve other problems, like your WRs?

Thanks Richard, there's a lot of money tied up at QB. That is an option going forward, just going to navigate the byes first. I'm concerned about resting later on and wish to keep my options open. Herbert definitely stays as the Chargers need to win more games. With Hurts and Allen they might get rested for the last quarter and if they haven't scored enough it stu*** their scoring for vc/c purposes. WR not sure what to do yet. I don't want your WR1's at this stage, ie Chase, he will suffer without a proper QB, refer Moore and Kupp.
