I still think De Goey is a good pick this year, but I am pretty sure others here don't. He'd be my choice here.
I’d wait for Zerrett.
Sorry for the late reply, fellas, and thanks very much!
Ended up going Warner with some misgivings, bye rounds a big factor.
Have found a way to get to Zerrett next week and he might receive some attention this week.
Rate JDG above Warner overall, but I always screw up homer picks and always worry about soft tissue.

merrett or neale?
neale suits my bye structure better, but i am feeling a bit full of brissie players with ashcroft dunkley and sharp already. neale is also 21k cheaper.

This is tough. I mentioned a few times in pre season Libba may have a good year, and though he hasn't quite beaten Bont so far as top Dog, he has been much closer to him than a lot probably expected. Disappointed I didn't start him myself, as I almost did.

With a good draw and cheaper price, I'd have to favour Merrett here, but do like both. As mentioned, Merrett does generally do better in the latter part of a season (well, before finals anyway).

Merrett.

Liberatore has a higher entry price and thus needs to perform at a higher rate for a solid return on investment given you are acquiring a player priced at $629,300 who is currently averaging zero. Liberatore has scored 6 120+ in 2021 and 2022 and currently has 5 so far in 2023. Unlikely to be considered as a captain option unless you expect him to continue or better a 120+ avg and the cash saved should come in handy if you are currently facing or expecting cash constraints for future upgrades.
