Watch on Brad Scott shenanigans. Phillips "managed". Nick Bryan an emg. Scott doesn't like "dropping" people to make them sub (has form on this), so some chance that someone comes out of the 22 to be sub, and Bryan plays.

Humidity around that time here in Darwin is probably 65-70% where in Brisbane the same time is 80% and up. Most people who spend little time here just assume it'll be hot and humid conditions that players will struggle with but I think tomorrow night will be better conditions than playing at the Gabba.
Thanks, yeah must admit I don't compare the conditional settings of different states, especially up north. I just know that the further north you go the more uncomfortable around the nether regions it gets! :p

Yeah, the issue will be players sweating more I think due to paying in probably 35 degrees at 7pm and sweat running down the hands/body making ball handling a little more challenging, not so much humidity and dew from the ground.

Regarding the Oliver talk. I think we probably need to look also at how strong our bench cover is not only this week but over the next 3. I'm not entirely comfortable I can cover Oliver for 3 weeks with Angwin, Wilmot, Chesser, Drury and MJ
Surely just the next 2 weeks matters - I have cover for this round and next. Round 13 is the easy bye so he would only be replacing another premo score there and then its his bye so it feels like he is only gone for 2 weeks even if it is 4

I'm looking at this as well.

I can trade next week to get 18 players while still holding Oliver. If I trade him as well, it replaces my 18th score (a rookie) with a premium. So maybe 120 vs 50 points.

But then in R13 I'll have close to 18 premiums anyway (only Stewart misses), so the 18th score might be more like 80.

So maybe 100-150 points gained by trading him

How much does he outscore his replacement in the last 9 games though?

Most people will probably just flip Sheezel/Coniglio back to Oliver after his bye anyway.

He's a trade for mine - I'm just not prepared to cop 2 weeks of scoring (R11 & R12) from a rookie replacement at this point of the season.

100% - Rd 15 looks to be a sideway trade week, so it makes 100% sense that this would happen.
