Is that the umpires real name, it reminds me of an alleged authors name that made my 12 year old self laugh "Ivor Biggun" can't remember the alleged book but it was along the same path.

Like "The lazy french singer by Charles Havasnore"

Meaningless award and the whole night is a testament to the beauty of advertising since people take the hoopla seriously. Does not include finals so is it really the goal of the year? Popularity contest and no set criteria of what defines a great goal.

Agreed.
Happy for him to get a "proper" Brownlow. The first one a bit tainted, but not this one.
