I’d be interested in views in which team is better. One takes DreRuss’ score and involves two BAT/BWL donuts and Gill, the other forgoes the score, and has a WK donut and Rashid.

90k cash for the first team and 320k for the second, but I’m not sure that “upgrading” Bumrah really makes sense.
In your situation I'm absolutely taking Russell/Rabada. Because we don't have any confirmed doubles yet there's no compulsion to push your team in any particular direction, so you'd only be losing Bumrah for one round.

The last time we started the season with no doubles I had something like nine trades left at the end of the season because I used so few in the early rounds!

EDIT: ok I've just seen your teams, so the XvY is Russell, Rabada, Gill vs Jaiswal, Rashid, Omarzai. I guess having Rashid as a puzzle piece does mean it could become a longer term issue, but you do have a swathe of expensive players that can be used to get him back if it still feels necessary.

Thanks Mike - I am leaning towards going with it.

I love Rashid but he will need to perform very well to maintain his price. Gill is similar, but the ceiling for a batsman seems a bit higher with this scoring/in India.

3 keepers each side

Are they allowed to change a keeper for quick or slow bowlers or are they only allowed to do that if the keeper is injured ?
I don't think you need a reason to change a keeper - the keeper can even bowl if the team chooses! - but I'd never thought of having a specialist for quicks or spinners!

Surely someone will come up with it soon.

I better message Punter , I thought he was the main one for new , innovative tactics.
