Matt Rowell - to play more forward in back half of the year - source Honeyball - Dimmabpress conference

Looked to play forward in last quarter this round and put up a respectable score. 8 possession and 1 goal in a dead quarter. 100pct efficiency!

Run coming up looks ok - eagles bombers melb and richmond

Feels like we give him another chance?

Fremantle’s 2024 Retro Round jumper is here, with the Club celebrating its 30-year anniversary by calling back to the inaugural home jumper worn in 1995 for their round 22 clash with Geelong at Optus Stadium.

Freo will wear the traditional ‘anchor’ style jumper that includes the iconic red, green and purple colours worn during home games between 1995 and 2000...........

I liked the old Jumpers, how come they changed their Team colours?
Has that happened before very much in AFL...a team changing their colours?

I didn't like the anchor, terrible omen, or the "Dockers", but liked the colours. New clubs have often changed colours and jumpers over the years. Carlton originally wore orange and yellow caps and were known as the Butchers. Hawthorn were known as the Mayblooms and for a time played in a black guernsey with a red sash. Can you believe that given their modern hatred of Essendon. I don't agree that a club has to have a nickname from day 1. Nicknames can develop overtime. Freo could probably be known as the Haze if we weren't the Dockers.

Caps?...when was that...1855? :) I was thinking in the last 30 years or so, I think Freo might be the only team to omit colours from their base colour Jumpers ?
