This might not be a popular opinion but this is my first time playing BBL SuperCoach and it feels to me like the whole thing is no different than roulette - an example is Rashid not even getting to bowl last night... I can’t wait for AFL supercoach to return
Last night was definitely an unusual one. I wouldn't judge things based on that game alone.

You can’t take it too seriously tbh.

There’s far more variance compared to nrl and afl, much bigger elements of luck.

Something to wet the whistle whilst waiting for the premier SC comps to return.

Theres always some element of skill in fantasy sport but youd be hard pressed to find a bigger degree of luck being involved in a format, just playing to fill in the time as much as anything else got to take the good with the bad.

Spend all preseason telling anyone who'll listen that this is Hardie's year and end up running without him. What kind of muppet would do that?
It’s okay - he’s batting 6 and isn’t in their top 5 bowlers, the game has just gone this way and he has capitalized.

For players like Hardie, I think stronger opposition is actually better, because it brings them into the game (wickets fall quicker so they get a hit, the sixth bowling option gets called on). The Sixers were the best team other than the Scorchers last year.

You nailed it, and I can assure you it is a very popular opinion.

Embrace it or you will hate it. It is a completely different game than AFL SC.
